Wow. What an exhausting week. I am definitely ready for some R&R this weekend. As I hinted in my last post, the weather her has finally taken a turn for beautiful. I love this time of year here. You can smell the orange blossoms just by walking outside! Maybe that will motivate me to get outside and start training for this triathlon. The pool and I definitely need to spend some time together.
Well, I’ll keep my commentary short. On to what you’re really here for – the Friday Favorites!
Favorite Appetizer/Dinner. Healthy Chipotle Chicken Sweet Potato Skins by Half Baked Harvest. I wonder if there is a recipe that involves chipotle anything that I haven’t saved? Love how these could be either an appetizer or dinner.
